Ever since my introduction to digital capture over 10 years ago, I have understood the need to

adopt new work methods to deal with this fast moving technology. Over the last 120 years

photographic technology hasn't changed much, but now the skills, tricks, and work practices,

built up over a lifetime, need to be adapted for the digital age.

I provide today's photographers with the Consultancy and Training to learn a co-ordinated

approach to downloading, file naming, adding © and metadata, filing, backup, and retrieval, in

short a whole new work method. I have guided several Photographic Departments on this steep

learning curve, to a position where they can work smarter and more creatively.

I can offer a real working photographer's view of software and hardware, and offer practical

solutions to digital related problems. Solutions which can and will work in your organization.

Before you capture or download one image there must be a protocol to name, save, deliver,

archive and retrieve that image. Once that protocol is in place, and you stick to the rules, then

the whole process can be taken step by step without pain.
